Prospective students must meet the following criteria:Academic Requirements: Attain five credits in SSCE/WASC/NECO in no more than two sittings. The subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
Age RequirementApplicants must be between 17-25 years of age to be considered for admission.


Application Form AvailabilityApplication forms are accessible directly from the College of Nursing in Asaba and Sapele, Delta State.
