FUTIA Admission List 2025/2026 Is Out, Steps To Check Your Status

The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) has finally rolled out the admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session. The air is thick with excitement, and why not? For many applicants, this moment feels like a curtain lifting after months of waiting. The list carries the names of candidates granted provisional admission into FUTIA’s degree programmes.
How To Check FUTIA Admission List
Right now, the list is not pinned on noticeboards, it is available only through the JAMB CAPS portal. Here is how to find out if your name made it:
Visit the JAMB EFacility portal
Sign in with your JAMB username and password
Scroll down, click Check Admission Status
Tap on Access my CAPS
Then choose Admission Status to see if FUTIA has offered you a place
It sounds simple, but some candidates using their phones may not see the full page. If that happens, just switch your Chrome browser to desktop mode. That usually fixes it.
What To Do After Admission Is OfferedAccept or reject your admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019, using the phone number tied to your JAMB profile.
Once accepted, go ahead and print your JAMB admission letter.
If your status still reads “Admission Still in Progress” or “Not Admitted,” keep checking. It may change sooner than you think.
