Postgraduate applicants must:Hold a first degree with at least Second Class Honours Upper Division
Be registered as full-time students in Federal or State universities

Undergraduate (UG) and Higher National Diploma (HND) applicants must:Be registered as full-time students in the second year or above in Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, or Monotechnics
Hold a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5-point scale, or 5.0 on a 7-point scale, or its match

HND applicants must:Hold a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale

All applicants must meet these rules to qualify.
