Fill in the required details and once more click “Create Account” at the bottom of the dialogue box to establish your account.
Proceed to make payment for the “Application Form” using the RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) number automatically generated by the page.
After payment, return to the account created to fill in the “Bio-data” form.
Save the completed form and print out a copy for your records.

The application form comes at a cost of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only, and this fee is non-refundable.
