The end of the first semester examination for the 2022/2023 session at Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic concluded on 15th June, 2023. Following a week-long break, the second semester for ND & HND students will commence on 26th June, 2023. Students are expected to promptly attend lectures upon resumption.





Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic (AKWAIBOMPOLY), a distinguished educational institution based in Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, has officially declared the resumption date for the commencement of the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic session. This announcement pertains to all National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students.

End of First Semester and Break Period

The Polytechnic wishes to inform all concerned students that the first semester examination for the 2022/2023 academic session successfully concluded on Thursday, 15th June 2023. Following the completion of these examinations, students are hereby advised to take a one-week break or vacation from Monday, 19th June to Friday, 23rd June 2023.
Commencement of the Second Semester

The second semester for the 2022/2023 academic session is set to begin on Monday, 26th June 2023. This period will mark the continuation of academic activities, and students are expected to return to campus fully prepared for the commencement of lectures.
Academic Engagement and Responsibilities

All students, particularly those enrolled in the ND and HND programs, should take note that lectures will commence immediately upon resumption. As such, they are expected to be punctual, attentive, and active in their academic responsibilities. It is recommended that students review their course outlines, set achievable study goals, and prepare a study timetable for a successful semester.
